01Terms of this service

1. Scope. This Schedule applies when you connect your property management system to another business system through StaySynced. It forms part of the Terms and the Data Processing Addendum.
2. The service. We extract the data you select from the systems you connect, clean and map it, and send it to the destination you choose. You choose the systems and fields in your account. The systems we support are shown in your account.
3. Your instruction. You instruct us to access your connected systems using the credentials you provide, and to extract, transform and transmit the fields you select.
4. Your authority. You confirm that you are entitled to authorise this access under your agreements with the providers of the systems you connect. You must keep the credentials you give us valid. If a provider changes or withdraws access, we may pause the connection.
5. Reliability and data accuracy.
   • We process data received from your connected systems using the configuration and mapping rules you set.
   • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data in your connected systems, and for reviewing your configuration and the results of your integrations.
   • We will use reasonable care and skill to operate integrations as configured, and to investigate errors that you report or we detect. Where an error is ours, we will correct it, re-run the affected sync and help you identify the affected records.
   • Integrations depend on the availability, permissions, APIs and functionality of third-party systems. We do not guarantee that an integration will run without interruption where those change or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee a recovery time.
   • If we find a material integration error, we may pause the affected connection to prevent further incorrect processing, and we will tell you.
   • You are responsible for backup, recovery and access arrangements for your source and destination systems. StaySynced does not replace their own backup or recovery facilities.
6. Processing details.
   • Purpose: to carry out the connection you have configured.
   • Data types: the fields you select, within the categories in Section 5 of the Data Processing Addendum.
   • Data subjects: tenants, leads, applicants and staff whose data is in your connected systems.
   • Retention: data passes through StaySynced during each run. We keep operational logs only as long as needed to run and troubleshoot the service. Section 15 of the Data Processing Addendum applies.
7. Connected systems. A system you connect is not our sub-processor (Terms clause 5.7). Your agreement with its provider governs what it does with the data.
8. Withdrawal. You can disconnect at any time. We then stop extracting data. Data already sent to your destination system stays there and remains yours.
