01Terms of this service

1. Scope. This Schedule applies when you switch on attribution. It forms part of the Terms and the Data Processing Addendum.
2. Booking data. You instruct us to receive booking data from your booking flow at our r/book endpoint and to match it to the visit that led to the booking.
3. Attribution cookie. You instruct us to set a first-party cookie (_sync_attr, held for up to 180 days) on your website to record the campaign source of a visit. The cookie is set only after the visitor consents, and you must configure your consent banner so that it is. You must disclose it in your cookie policy. We provide the wording; you are responsible for it being on your site.
4. HubSpot records. You authorise us to create and update contact records in your HubSpot account from the data in clauses 2 and 3.
5. Processing details.
   • Purpose: to show which campaigns lead to bookings.
   • Data types: for each visit, the source IP address, the browser’s user agent, the value of your HubSpot tracking cookie where present, advertising click identifiers, the referring page, campaign parameters, and the booking data in clause 2.
   • Data subjects: visitors to your website who consent to the cookie, and applicants who book.
   • Retention: the IP address is truncated and the user agent removed 30 days after the visit. The rest of the record is deleted 13 months after the visit. Records created in your HubSpot account are yours and are not deleted by us.
6. Your responsibilities. You confirm that your privacy information to website visitors and applicants covers clauses 2 to 4, and that you are entitled to give the instructions in them.
7. Withdrawal. You can switch attribution off at any time. We then stop setting the cookie and stop receiving data at the endpoint. Records already created in your HubSpot stay there and remain yours.
